Dee has spent thirty years in business and finance, with the past decade focused entirely on cryptocurrency. She and her husband live off crypto income, which puts her in a rare category: someone who is not talking about building wealth through digital assets in theory, but doing it every day.
She founded Digi-Secure to give everyday Australians the kind of support most people only look for after something has already gone wrong. Her reputation comes from patience, plain language and three decades of experience across business and finance.
Jeff Zylstra
FOUNDER & CEO, UPTRADE
Jeff Zylstra is the Founder & CEO of UpTrade and has over a decade of experience investing in and operating within the cryptocurrency industry.
Coming from a traditional finance background as a stockbroker, Jeff combines institutional risk management principles with deep crypto market expertise developed through multiple market cycles. Prior to founding UpTrade in 2023, he helped build the brokerage desk for one of the world's largest cryptocurrency brokers, working closely with sophisticated and high-net-worth investors globally.
Over the past 10+ years, Jeff has helped tens of thousands of investors better understand digital assets through a measured, data-driven, and long-term approach to investing. Today, he leads UpTrade's global strategy and growth, focused on bridging the gap between traditional wealth management and the emerging digital asset economy.
Kane Bisogni
HEAD OF RESEARCH, UPTRADE
Under Kane's leadership, UpTrade's international research division is focused on helping investors navigate the rapidly evolving digital asset market, identify emerging opportunities, and understand the forces shaping the next phase of the cycle.
As Head of Research & Analytics at UpTrade, Kane oversees the firm's investment committee and research process, combining market structure analysis, on-chain data, technical research, and industry intelligence to uncover high-conviction opportunities for clients. He works closely with the team to produce consistent market insights, thematic reports, and investment frameworks across the digital asset landscape.
Kane brings formal qualifications in finance and economics, alongside eight years of active experience investing in digital assets and managing his own portfolio. Prior to UpTrade, he worked across a research-focused Web3 hedge fund, venture capital firm, and one of Australia's leading Web3 incubators.
Danella Draper

Danella is one of the most recognised voices in the Australian blockchain community. Known as CryptoQueenAU, she hosts The Crypto Queen Perspective, a podcast and X Spaces series that brings together credible contributors from across the Web3 space.
She holds a Diploma of Applied Blockchain from TAFE Queensland and has spent years helping Australians understand what the shift to digital assets actually means for them. Danella runs the evening, keeps the conversation moving, and has a rare ability to make a technical subject feel genuinely accessible.
Rachel Rademaker

Rachel is the founder of The Wealth Hive and a former Big 4 chartered accountant with more than 20 years' experience across tax, treasury, restructuring and wealth strategy. Her career has spanned senior roles at PwC and international finance management, through to CFO of a high-net-worth family group managing close to $500M in assets, and almost seven years as Group Manager of Tax & Treasury for a Top 1000 ASX-listed company.
